I thought something was wrong with my tire, so I replaced the tire and rim. But the noise - a LOUD scraping sound - is still there! It’s mostly when I push the brakes, and it sounds like it’s from the front left side. Any ideas?

Either your brake pads are low, or you may have some debris or a pebble stuck between the rotor and backing plate.
